Nice! Have your engine coolant temps gone up at all with the 2 HE sitting in front of the radiator?
Did the jabsco pump fit inside the mount bracket that whipple provides?
I think my next mod will need to be those 2010 E fans..
So what could be left for cheap and relatively easy mods to bring IAT's down?
I've seen some posts on a build thread over at the other forum where someone (Ross) is enlarging the ports and tubing at the inner cooler... I've been debating doing the same thing while my whipple is still sitting in my office. Think it will pay off?

No engine temp hasn't changed. As for the Jabsco pump it does not use the Bosch bracket. It has it's own mounting plate. I secured it under the radiator.
As for cheap mods to for the intercooler upgrading the heat exchanger and adding capacity and flow to the system is about as cheap as you can get. Modifying the intercooler tubing will help increase flow. I went with the Jabsco pump to increase the flow. Ran 1" hose for the reservoir tank to the pump and from the pump to the heat exchanger. The larger hose keeps the pump fed and adds capacity to the system.
How did you secure the bottom of the fluidyne HE to the GT 500?
You got a part# for the jabsco and gt500 HE?
Do you think a set of puller fans, similar to the setups I've seen on the C&R Shelby HE kits would be worth while if I left the factory mechanical fan alone for now?
I've already got my HE, pump, hoses, and wiring installed. I'm wondering if a set of small puller fans with the gt500 would be worth the extra trouble..
What year gt500 HE is the one you installed? How did the mounting work for you? How did you secure the bottom of the fluidyne HE to the GT 500? You got a part# for the jabsco and gt500 HE? It's from an 07-12 model.
Mounting was a breeze. At the base it has a u shape on both sides. Simply straightened it to a 90. Drilled holes and bolted her in. As for keeping the Whipple HE as part of it I used a piece of 1/4" alum flat bar. Bolted it to the GT500 HE and then bolted the base of the Whipple to it. Up top I made new brackets using the same flat bar.
Puller fans would surely help. I just don't need them with the Motorcraft efans.
You can see the alum flat bar secured accross the back of the GT500 part in this pic. The Whipple normally mounts to the top of the trans cooler feet. This takes the place of that.
