I have an 04 F150 XLT and it's always wet under my floor mat on the passenger side too. I think it may be from heater/ac. I'm not 100% sure though

here are a few causes. One could be the third brake light, another that someone posted on here was coming from under his windshield wiper cowl on the passenger side. I forget what exactly he had to seal up, but I know there is a detailed thread on both on here somewhere. Just search. I think mine was the third brake light. You can either take it off and reseal it with silicone, or Ford has a newer style light that has a better seal on it. Thats the rout I went since I have a friend who works for ford and gets me parts cheap. If you pop your passenger side sill plate cover off, you will probably notice the channel under there is full of water which Im surprised you havent heard sloshing back and forth when you brake. There is a rubber plug in there you can pull out and the water will drain out. I left that plug out for a while till I got a chance to actuall change the third brake light. Good luck

I have an 03 with moonroof and mine has all of these characteristics with the wet carpet hearing water slosh around and it only happen when it rains. So when I popped off the panel to install my amplifier wire it was full of water I vacuumed it out and poked a little hole in the gromet in the rear so that the water will flow out. I pulled up the seal around the windshield and put some silicone in it and pushed the seal back down. So I don't think that's what it is. It drips off the handle by the windshield. It has to be either the moonroof or the gasket around the door. If you all find out let me know

check the drain tubes on either side of the forward part on the sunroof.. you can fill them up with water then blow them out to get the trash cleared
