Default Water leak issue

My 06 screw is leaking. There's a water ring around the sunroof on the headliner that's always damp, and I've noticed water stains in the back where the rear glass is. I pulled the back part of the rear seat out and see some moisture on the floor. So im assuming I'm leaking in multiple places? As far as the sunroof goes, I checked the drains. They seem to be draining well. But I did blow some air in all 4 tubes. The rear is a different situation. So the 3rd brake lights plastic lense is off. I'm gonna assume that's the issue in the back. I need to order another one. Which one are you folks using? Assuming that's my issue at the rear, what else could be the issue at the front? This truck has sat for years so I'm trying to work out as many bugs as I can before going to the stealership.

Leaking third brake light can cause water to run down around the headliner and it will accumulate on the front passenger side floor board mimicking a heater core leak. You likely have a puddle under your floor mats.

Sounds like you blew out the stoppage. Just run some water around it to check for leaks.

I'm assuming you have the lens.

A few years ago mine had a leak, and I noticed the gasket was pinched. After straightening it out, it hasn't leaked since. You can also use silicone to seal it up.

Don't forget to lift the plastic covers over the door wire troughs. That's where I discovered a lot of water. Each side has a rubber drain plug at the front. Once you're finished, pour water around it and keep an eye out for any leaks into the rear door troughs.

And if yours has a rear sliding glass window, make sure to run water around its edges to check for leaks into the troughs. Mine had a few leaks there over the years until I sealed it with silicone.
