I'm not even sure what a GEM is so I'd say 04-08 likely doesn't have it.

It must not have a GEM. All the searching I have done on line and cannot find it anywhere. I will start pulling fuses one at a time tomorrow after I get off work. Hopefully I will find something. Thanks for all the help I will let you know what I find.

Keep in mind that when the engine is turned off, and the driver or passenger door is opened, the interior lights and bed cargo lights remain on for a period of time. If you leave a door open, they remain on for a longer period of time before the timer relay shuts them off.
When doing your test, was either of the front doors left open? If so, close the doors, watch for the interior and/or cargo lights to turn off, then repeat your drain test to see if the results change.
And as stated, there's always going to be a slight drain on the battery when everything is off; the PATS (passive anti-theft system) and radio have a small drain, but not enough to drain a good healthy battery and charging system.

After doing some more troubleshooting on my constant draw on the battery. I think I have lost a ground. After pulling the fuses and relays one at a time and still had the draw. I hooked up a ground coming off the neg. battery post and grounded it to the truck and the draw went to nothing. Could that be the problem? When I did this the lights flashed on and off and I could hear a click. Can I just hook another ground up?
