I am thinking of redoing my roof and visors in black from that stupid gray color...only problem is the gray hardware would throw it off. Thought of paint, but the clipping and unclipping of the visor would cause this to wear off. Does anyone have any ideas on how to swap out the hardware to black....possibly dye it?

 

You can use the color bond product which will hold much better than paint. I have black headliner etc in my 05 Lariat, I just ordered 08 Harley Edition Visors and coat hooks for about $120 total.
