Vibration when turning on differential, need help

I installed a posi unit and 4.10 gears on my 04 f150 and now when I turn to park or in sharp turns it makes a vibration on the rear end also its a 2wd

Maybe the clutch pack is no good? Was it replaced when you did the swap?

yeah I had it replaced

What kind of "posi unit"? Did you add friction modifier?
