Default vibration plus more

I had new tires put on my 08 F150 crew on Fri Went on 100 trip on sat I notice there was a vibration I thought the tires were out of balance but the E Brake lamp was on also about 10 miles up the road the light went out and the vibration stoped it happened a couple times but always went away after several miles never did that before I but tje tires on I got to go on a longer trip on tues any ideas thanks

There have been several reports on here about the park brake sticking or rubbing and causing a vibration, but usually without the brake light on.
I would probably inspect the park brakes and see if it's sticking or needs adjustment.

Ditto above,
There have been reports of the friction material actually falling away from the brake shoes and jamming causing vibration.

No dont make any differance it comes and goes light comes on and it starts to vibrate. When you stop the light goes off Only did it 1 time on Monday but I didnt drive it much. Going to have it looked at today We think its the E Brake
