$250... Wow.. I was going to replace all my coils for like $450 at AZ.. But read I believe this site that I should do boot and spring change solved my problems.. But $250 is a smoking deal..

Commercial stuff. Buy at cost pretty much.

It's not the coils. Your going to turn a CEL for misfire. The engine has to have 2 in a row. If he is getting a vibration from that it's missing WAY more then 2 in a row. It's the transmission. The "tech" couldn't get my truck to do it either. I had to drive it for him. Good luck man.

Disagree. Do a search and see how many people on here had a bad coil, WITHOUT, it setting a code and thought that they had a drive-line problem.

My truck is evidence of that.

Update on this..

My truck is still doing the vibration feeling everytime it drops in and out of torque lock.

I installed coils and my vibration in gear went away, however it is still there when it goes in and out of tq lock.

Sent truck to the trans shop that rebuilt it for me about a month ago when it started. Hopefully they will get it fixed up. I will let yall know what they find.

Just wanted to give you guys an update. Finally got the truck back to the dealership, they said it's the torque converter, and possibly the valve body but they wouldn't be able to tell if the valve body is bad till they tore into it. They quoted me $1800 + tax for both the torque converter and valve body, which includes labor. Going to do some more research and see what I can come up, and also have a couple of my local mechanics take a look at it

Boom valve body. Just what i was saying. Covered under your powertrain warranty. Good luck.
