Any ideas where to get the vct seals looking but can't find what s the name for them

I'm getting mine from the ford dealership here. The one by my house is awesome and has a huge parts department and they normally have what I'm looking for.

Just bought my seals! Included a pic with the part number to help any others lookin for these. This is for 04-06 F150s that do NOT have the VCT solenoid inside the cylinder head.

Just changed out my passenger side VCT Solenoid. I totally destroyed the seal, good thing I bought extras...lol! Old is on the left and the new is on the right.

Has anyone done a write-up for the 07+ ? My engine is a Feb 07 build so I think I have the pia VCTs

Either look up a repair manual for your year or look it up on Summit Racing's website. I know they've got install instructions for their parts and you just do it in reverse order for taking it out...=)

07 needs to have the valve covers taken off to change the solenoids.
