Question van tranny in f150

I've acquired a 2004 f150 4.3 v6 crew cab. before i bought the truck the tranny had to be changed . it was replaced with one from a van every thing worked fine except the drive shaft. now I'm stuck with two shafts one long and one short, I've added a 2"spacer and I'm still short. I'm wondering if there are any products to extend the yoke or maybe add a knuckle.in my head if i remove the slip yoke and use a flat flange and a slip yoke with a flat flange it would gain some length. money is running thin and I'm pulling my hair out can any one help me with some suggestions

What can did this transmission come out of? I think ‘02 was the last year an E-Series van had the 4.2 v6 and a 4R70 transmission to match.

We gotta know what we’re dealing with to help you out.

In theory, another transmission behind a 4.2 should just drop right in without driveshaft worries.

Default My bad

I tried to give you the facts but I got a little confused with two Mazda trucks that I have also its actually a 01 Ford F-150 the transmission come out of the e100 cargo van the truck is a crew cab which makes the wheelbase different from truck to van which is a shorter van not the full size cargo van. But I have a brand new question now how far is the slip you have to be in the transmission for it to be secure that is one of the differences I found the slip jokes are two different sizes one from the van is longer
