Default Vacuum pressure does not release when engine is off

Good morning,

2007 F150 - Upon cold start and drive the hubs are fine, but once the engine warms up and you shut it off the vacuum pressure does not seem to release (its holding a vacuum). It is my understanding that it should release in 10 minutes or so.

If I start it when warm and take off, the hubs grind until I stop and unplug the vac line going to the reservoir, then its fine again.

I replaced the hubs, actuators, vac lines to hubs, and the solenoid prior to the issue showing up.

Any ideas? Thank you!

are you saying everything was fine with all the new parts and then it started acting up or did you replace all those parts attempting to fix it?
