I have an 05 f150 XLT. Within the last 2 weeks I'vehad the vacuum lines that connect to the actuator hub fall off 3 times, 2 on drivers side once on passenger. The 4x4 tries to engage when the line comes off the hub making an awful noise.when I stick them back on all is well and 4x4 is fully functional no noise. Just wondering if its happened to anyone else or if it's just weird luck that they came off that many times in 2 weeks. Thanks.

 

time for some new vacuum hose...could try a little RTV around the outside of the IWE nipple...be careful not to get any in the line or maybe even a very small zip tie around the hose and nipple.
