Man I have to say that I am sure glad that I don't live somewhere where there is snow. I was in mammoth last weekend and I was doing a lil wheelin and you come onto a snow bank that looks intact but the second you start trying to crawl over it, it caves in and leaves you sorrounded by snow and almost no chance of getting out yourself. I was starting to get pissed because it happened to me 3 times on the trail!

Okay I cant be the only one who absolutely hates scratches right? I love being reckless in open fields and going through the mud but when going through trails I love to be super careful and not let trees scratch up my sides. My roommate says because that im not a "true offroader" and my trucks a pavement princess. Anyone else feel the same as me?

Its cheaper to buy a dirt bike, ATV Suzuki Samurai or Jeep YJ then to paint my truck. But I still don't treat my truck all that well. But I save the aggressive offroading for the dirt bike and snowmobile because they are cheaper to fix and I can still get to work. The fact is, our trucks are not the best choice in offroad vehicles, but if you got the money and like mudding, go for it. With all that said, I know I got some custom pinstripping done by a few branches and it doesn't bother me.
About 10 years ago, my buddy had a 2000 f150.. It got stuck bad in a construction site. It was just preload sand at the time to pack the dirt down. Truck was heading off the edge of the preload and into no mans land. There was no way out. Had to call in a crane to lift the truck back to safe ground. Thats the worst stuck I've seen. Sorry no pictures
