I have a 2005 F-150 XLT with just power mirrors. Looking to upgrade to mirrors with turn signal light/heat. Specifically, these found on Amazon: Scitoo Fit 2004-14 Ford F150 Truck Left/Right Side Mirror Power Heated Led Signal Puddle Light Towing Mirrors.

Will these options work on my truck. More concerned with the turn signals working then the heat.

 

as far as I know only the features you had will work. You'll have to do additional wiring to get the heat or blinker to work. I would imagine theres more pins on the connectors, which tells more you'll probably run into problems. Maybe someone more experienced will have different to say though

 

What you should do before you order upgraded mirrors is pull off your door panel to get access to the mirror electrical connector.
There you should be able to verify which wires, and therefore what options you have running into the mirror, search google for 04-06 f150 mirror wiring to verify wire colors and layout. 07-08 mirror wiring is slightly different.
I did this and found that I did not have power folding wiring to my mirrors which i wanted, but did have wiring for external lighting (puddle).
So I ended up doing some wiring, adding a power fold module and have power folding, power, led puddle, with front and rear signal mirrors.

 

The SCITOO connection diagram that I got from them for mirror 050900-5206-1512542 does not match the Ford connector C521 ( driver side ). Along with not matching, I do not see a connection for the puddle lamp. I want to connect my aux power feed to power the mirror heaters and I am wondering what is the correct pin connection on the SCITOO mirrors.

Any help appreciated.
