Default Underside rust question

Hello,

I'm looking at getting a 2006 f-150 Lariat. The body and interior are perfect. It looks new. However, I'm concerned about rust on the bottom. I do not know what is normal for a vehicle this age or what what would be considered excessive. I took a few pics. Any opinion would be appreciated. I live in the Philadelphia, Pa region and suspect that is where the truck has been.

Normal for PA. I would look really close at the cab corners and rockers before buying. They rust just looking at them. If you do buy, use a wire wheel and some sort of rust encapsulation paint on the whole frame.
