Default Under intake coolant pipe

4.6, pipe under the intake from the pump housing started leaking, cant get the part for 3-4 days, thoughts on cutting the pipe and slapping a steel braided line in there instead?

there have been many reports of people not w even pulling the intake, just leaving broken pipe lay: converting to regular hose and rerouting - not going under intake.

since you’ve already pulled intake, the rerouting may be less desirable - but the point is you can convert it to off shelf parts.

search here and on youtube, you’ll probably find write ups/howto info.
