Default unable to shift

2004 Heritage 5-speed
can't shove into any gear with truck running - off it shifts fine
no grinding - for a while double clutching worked some- as did put in gear while still moving - but even that not working anymore
when I pulled the trans - all clutch parts look almost new and friction disk is fine - I had the truck 4 years and think rebuild was done just before that
clutch master cylinder has plenty of back pressure
things to try ??
thanks
doug

Wrong Forum, However it sounds like your clutch isn't disengaging, Slave cylinder, fork, throw out bearing, clutch. https://www.f150forum.com/f4/

so with the truck not running you can shift through the gears but not when its running? also from what you described i'd say its a problem with the slave cylinder

Clutch Master Cylinder is your likely culprit. Slave cylinder would only be an issue if leaking... Could also be some air in the system that needed to be bled out.
