Post UK light conversion gone bad...HELP

I'm in a bit of a scramble, I've just arrived in the UK with my 2004 F150 and had the light conversion completed and now all kinds of issues, not sure if the cause. I picked the truck up at the port after customs and discovered a weak battery and I believe the shippers may have had to jump the truck. Although slow, it started and drove fine with no issues, I parked it at the shop to have the light conversion completed and when I came to pick it up it had some issues!! It ran like crap and the engine, service, parking brake, and the ABS lights are illuminated in the dash. The local shop hooked up a Snap-On hand held and got tons of faults but they are not able to clear the faults from the computer. Their idea was to clear them and try and isolate the cause on the next engine start. Any words, suggestions or ideas..... And FYI it has a Superchip program onboard, not sure if that would play a part.
Thanks ALL!!

Because you have to drive on the left side of the road the lights are adjusted slight left, small marker lights are installed just in front of the front doors, repeaters are put on the blinkers, and a rear fog light installed under the rear bumper. I believe the wiring is tapped in just above the brake switch on the brake pedal.

Sounds like you need to take it back to normal (stock). Then make sure that it all works right and start over.

Fog light on the back, cool.
