Default type of antifreeze

What type of antifreeze do these trucks use. The old green or something like dexcool

Motorcraft gold is what it calls for. Part # vc-7-b, kinda hard to locate but what Ford recommends.

New it's yellow colored.

Either Ford Motorcraft Premium Gold or Zerex G-05 coolant is what's spec'd for late model Fords. You can find the Motorcraft Gold at the dealer (price really isn't too bad...) or you can find Zerex at any AutoZone or NAPA store for about the same price.

And use it, don't dump in ethylene glycol (green)

The yellow is supposed to have other additives like phosphorus for the internals of the cooling system.
