Default Two possible issues

I'll start off with that I have a 2005 f150 4.6

First issue;

Every now and then my truck would have a hard start and/or display check gauges. Most cases both happened at the same time. Last march I had it looked at and the dealership determined it to be my electronic throttle body and replaced it. Then I noticed it did it again a few months later. Sometime after a bird made a nest in my truck (not sure if they're connected or not). Well recently I took my truck to a dealership to have a few things looked at and fixed, this being one of them. Their response is loose battery cables. While I don't discredit that could be an issue, I tried explaining it's been an issue before and that my electronic throttle body was replaced and that a nest was made under my hood

I highly doubt this is fixed and will be an issue again. So does anyone have any ideas why this would happen?

More info on this;

It mostly happens when i do a lot of running around and have to stop and start my truck a lot. But not all the time

Second issue;

Another one of the issues I had looked at was a noise coming from my vents when I'd turn on/off the heat/ac. So they diagnosed that and lubricated my recirculator door. Now I don't hear the noise, but I hear a different noise when I turn off my heater. It sounds like a popping sound. Like a plastic bottle being hit by a pen. Is that normal? I never remember hearing that ever

If anyone has any insight into any of these problems that'd be great

Thanks in advance

Check plugs and if that don't fix anything I would guess it has something to do with the air to fuel ratio
