Default Turn signal flasher

I bought a pair of switchback led turn signals along with the flasher for it to prevent hyper blink but I can't seem to find where the flasher goes. Can anyone help?

By flasher do you mean resistor? You have to splice them into your 2 of the wires on the harness. I can remember what 2. If I go back out to my truck this evening ill report back

Negative. I mean a flasher. It's a little five prong black box that plugs into somewhere, but I don't know where. It replaces the need for resistors.

It's to replace the stock flasher relay. The stock flasher relay is located under the steering column Mounted in the bar that goes across. Kinda hard to find but once you do it's easy haha. It's also a black box with a blue base/connection. Best way to find it is to pretty much get on your back under your steering column and stick your head up in there

I thought i found it right as you posted this and then when I saw that you said it was attached to a blue base I knew I had found out it for sure. Thanks!

So does this relay make it so you don't need the resistors? I've had switchbacks for a little over a year but mine came with a big resistor and have never heard of the relay

Yes the relay takes place of the resistors on the 04-08 years. 09+ have to use resistors.
