Default Tuning

I realize yall are gonna rip me to shreds for asking a question that's been asked a bazillion times, but since I'm an ******* I'll ask anyways. Dad's got an 04 f150 bone stock, he wants to get better fuel mileage. I have a Silverado and I got my pcm custom tuned. I don't know if yall have that too, but just wanted to get your guys opinion.

Have you tried searching for "tuner" or "programmer" or "mileage"?? There might be a few million results...

I have dabbled and i'm feeling lazy and don't enjoy reading 2,000 pages of posts. I realize the big ones are gryphon, edge, and sct, but what are the best set ups for those I go to their websites and they got a bajillion different options.

Stick with the SCT X3(Troyer, 5 Star) or the Gryphon(PHP) and get some custom tunes. If you're looking for MPG gains you'll be disappointed but the truck will run better.

Thats what I figured, if he does some other upgrades like the usual bolt on intake, exhaust, then will he see some improvement?
