Under the bed? You mean the exhaust tips will not extend out to the sides or back? This could create some nasty fumes in the cab, and/or noise in the cab.

Am I wrong in interpreting your question?

it wont cause any fumes. thats how my truck is right now. as long as you dont mind the noise then go for it but im going to warn you its going to get loud.
imo a dump under the bed is the best looking way to do an exhaust just be prepared for in cab noise

go for it, are you planning on running mufflers? or just straight pipe? I think I would probably run mufflers if I was doing a dump just to help with the noise a bit.

I'd go with either flowmaster or magnaflow. I'm guessing you want it to be loud? You could just straight pipe it.

Ha ha, I unintentionally have mine like this now. Truck had a custom exhaust put on about 7 years ago that rusted and fell apart right at the two u bolts just past the cab. No fumes, but it's loud in the cab under any throttle except cruising.

What does this look like for guys who did this on purpose?
