lol, I have been 99.9% happy with the service I get from my dealer. I don't think there is any better in my area. I just wish that .1% of the time I didn't have to deal with it.

You should see this service department. This place (dealer and all) is huge. You can sit in the waiting lounge and watch them as they work on your truck. They have great mechanics and form what I can see all the latest equipment. I wish I could say the same about my Pontiac dealer. I had to go elsewhere just to have a road force balance done on the wheels for my 02 Bonneville. I told the service writer at that dealer that I didn't understand why they have not invested in one being that there is a TSB that required the wheels to be road force balanced to help resolve a shimmy in the car at the speeds I was complaining about. Further more that would help identify a bent rim. Which I ended up having, but I have to give them credit on finding that but it did take me three visits

Oh ok. I'm still interested in getting the ones you took off. I'd like to see pics first though of the ones you took off or a link to somewhere on the internet of the same ones. I just want to get an idea of what they look like.

Here is a listing for them on ebay but mine have the chrome covers. Here are the ones sold by Schefenacker. It's my understanding that they make them for Ford. the only real difference is the ones from Form have clear lenses covering the Turn/clearance lights.

They are still on my truck and I can take some pictures later for you. You can also see them in my gallery

Just got home from dinner after picking the truck up.
They did perform TSB #05-26-11. They removed the driveshaft, indexed the slip yoke, greased and reinstalled it.

They also performed TSB #6-16-13. Updated the calibration to a later version. This did help with the throttle lag on stock tuning. One thing I did notice, in heavy traffic, Where I barley move with light throttle then no throttle it seems like the engine is acting more like a brake now. Before it would free wheel so to speak.

They replaced the passenger headlight.

As far as the drivers door switches, in the first visit they replaced the door lock/unlock button and that was it. I told them the window lock/unlock and the power window control still didn't light up. They said there not supposed to. Is that so?? I thought I had more that lit up. Funny thing is I just noticed the passenger one not working again. What's the deal with these damn switches? I smacked the switch and it started to work again.

I don't know for sure yet if this has truly fixed the clunk or not but I sure hope so. Wish me luck

sounds like the EEC recalibration shuffled the convertor clutch scheduling.
