Hello , first post :P

Here's my problem whenever the truck is going in the 50mph range it sputters. As if there was a transmission problem and the check engine light comes on . I went to the dealer shop and they looked at it but they don't know whats wrong i didn't even get any codes or anything. They told me it's fine.
They didn't fix it so i went to a private mechanic and he didn't get back to me yet ( its only been 2 hours or so)

I've read about this issue and it sounds as i need to replace my throttle body? or the fuel injections.

Do you guys have any idea what the cause of this is or what it is?
The truck has 113 thousand miles.
It also is the Ford f150 05 edition

It's either a spark plug or a coil pack i can guarantee that lol
