A rollback is a large truck with a flatbed that rolls back and angles down so that a vehicle can be loaded onto it. F-150s are big and take the bed space of two normal sized vehicles. Well, about 1 and 1/4, but point is that the 150 will take up too much space to get another car behind in in your typical 4 car roll back (1 on the drag bar, 2 on the bed, one over the cab). Because of the space, it's going to be expensive. Moreso if the tow company has to dead-head back.

Check out http://www.movecars.com/ as this will be your best bet for finding a mover that might just be passing through.
