Is there anymore information you could give us? Such as does it get worse at a certain RPM, overdrive on or off, in curves, etc. Since you didn't mention a check engine light, I'd start by checking to see if you've thrown a tire weight, or u-joints for play.

I had the same issue at high speeds. Turned out my emergency brake was sticking... Ford rebuilt the ebrake assembly under warrenty.

Take it in to a tire shop and have them check the balancing and condition of the tires. Have you locked up the brakes at all? That would give you a flat spot. Do you feel it in the steering wheel or is it coming from the rear end? Check your shock mounts as well. Have you changed out the hub assembly in front? If the bearings are shot it will shake. What about your lug nuts? Are they tight? Are they seated correctly? Are they the right style lug nuts? Need more info buddy

Is your truck 4x4? It almost sounds like maybe your 4 wheel drive is maybe partial engaged.
