Default Truck Killing on me, idle to low

Had a code come up, P0506 so I did alittle research an changed the throtle position sensor, thats not the problem, anyone have any clue. I thought it was the PCV valve but come to find out it is part of the Throtle position sensor or so I was told. Let me know if anyone has any ideas, Thanks!!

clean you MAF Sensor AND the Throttle Body itself with "Throttle Body Cleaner" NOT CARB CLEANER!!!! also pull your (-) Neg battery for 45-60 minutes then try restarting your truck and drive it around for 30 miles or so with all kinds of driving (start with highway for like 10 miles then 10 miles of around town then 10 miles of stop and go driving)

Also, change your air filter. only a few bucks and its worth it.

Do you have a CAI?
