Default Truck Bed Work Light

Had another idea today. Tomorrow I will probably figure out a way to add another light on the other side. But the mounting will be a bit difficult because I cant get my hands that far down in the bed to mount the light or switch in the lower holes. It works great and is really funtional. I figured since I do most of my mods in the dark because I work during the day this was really useful. Im surprised it took me this long to do it. I am unsure if I like the light or not but I can always get a different one and connect it.

Are you that careless and clumbsey that you brake stuff? How much harder is it to either a) aim or b) place an object in your truck bed.

no I bought a truck do work with--I would clip that off with one of the quads, break it with some firewood. Good idea but bad spot IMO

I went through a bunch of locations. Just the mounting was the hard part. I didnt want to drill holes in my bed. I may fab up a way to mount the light on the tie down points.

how about under your toolbox lid. that should be out of the way and easy to mount.

My tool box is a tool chest, lol. I am looking for a tool box that only sticks up ~1.5-2 inches. If I get that then I will mount the light there. But until then this setup works great.

I would break mine off as well... Just stuff sliding around or fence material when I build them for people.
