Default Truck bed leaning to the left

So the front end of my truck is perfect but when you stand to the rear it seems to sag to the left. Its only leaning in the back i measured the gap between the wheel space and its lower. What are so possible causes and fixes ?

A full tank of gas weighs quite a bit so it's pretty normal to lean down on the driver side....

Bingo we got a winner, A full tank of gas weighs over 200 lbs if you have the bigger tank. Op re measure when your tank is empty it should be the same as the passenger
