Default Trouble with tranny

So I got the 100k curse and had to replace the tranny. I got a brand new one straight from the factory put it, doesnt have probably 3k miles even on it. I now notice kinda a slip in it it seems like when I accelerate after stopping. Its like it slips a little bit then catches again. Its weird and not sure what it would be, other then just getting broke in maybe?

Couple of quick questions.
1. Did you replace the transmission cooler?
2. Did you replace or at the very least flush the radiator where the tranny lines go in?
3. Did you clean the thermal bypass?
4. Did you clean and flush the tranny supply and return lines?
5. Did you install an inline filter?
6. Did you replace the torque converter?
Not doing all of the above will leave contamination that will find its way in to the new tranny thus causing its premature failure.
