Default Trouble codes appearing and dissapearing

So I have been having issues with my truck lately 07 4.6 V8 STX
everything from bad coils to leaking valve cover gasket.
I replaced all the plugs most of the coils and both gaskets and the fuel injectors.
Ran Seafoam and lost the stutter.
Yesterday it was showing P2196 and p2198 But I cleared them out on the recommendation it may be left over from before everything was changed,

Today its Popping P0430 and Torque Pro is listing MID $32 TID:$82
EGR Monitor Bank 2
Min -32.768kpa Max -32.659kPa
Current -0.332kPa

I am noticing a high pitch notice when I am at idle but it goes away as soon as I press the gas if that helps

Heck I'm stumped

Why are you stumped?

Mid $32 TI:$82 is Delta pressure for upstream hose test and threshold (according to Motocraft OBDII theory of operation - page 47).

check hose connections / integrity to EGR differential pressure sensor. Remove and clean carbon out of the EGR valve (or replace them) You may have a small piece of carbon caught in the EGR valve or differential pressure sensor - causing the high pitch squeal.

was looking at my EGR and it seems pretty rusted up. Might go ahead and replace it. question is should I replace the sensor as well or just the egr

before you throw an EGR valve at it(only use motorcraft BTW), check the EGR tube itself. They love to rust out

Ok here's where I am now I have replaced the Egr and the Egr tube that runs to the manifold I did not replace the double line that connects to the top of the Egr with two boots
I had assumed by replacing it it would resolve the issue and it partially did but the check engine is gone for the moment but I am still failing two sections of Torque

MID $22 TID:$80
Catalyst Monitor bank 2
Min 0Ratio Max: 0.609ratio
Current 0.754ratio

AND

MID $32 TID$82
Egr monitor Bank 2
Min -32.768kPa Max : -32.659kPa
Current : -0.845kPa

Any recommendation's on what to do now.
there are no other shops in my immediate area I don't mind doing the work myself but have no idea what's wrong at this point

So I replaced the Egr instead of cleaning it because it was pretty rusted, I also replaced the EGR tube that runs to the manifold but I am still getting the p0430 code and a failure in bank 2 on the egr and the cat any suggestions?
