Hi all great site lots of info, just one quick question i can't seem to search , I am wondering if the transfer case for 4wd from a 07 5.4 will work in conjunctiion with a 07 4.6.?

In conjunction? Like use them both together at the same time? If you meant are they the same/interchangeable. I can't say 100% certain but yes, they probably are. The only problem I would see is floor operated vs shift-on-the-fly transfer cases. Also I think usually the 5.4 & 4.6 transmissions are slightly different, I don't know if the output shafts are one of those differences.
Not much help I know but it may be something to get you on the right road.
