I have a 04 F150. Recently i have been having trans problems. the first time it happened the spedo stuck at 50 and the and the rpms red lined. when i stopped the truck and turned it off the started up and drove it nothing happened. the next day i drove it around and nothing i went to work nothing. on the way home the spedo hit 35 and stuck the rpms red lined. i had a friend tow it home and i have yet to drive it since any ideas on what it could be and home much this could cost me to repair it?
