Thats the thread its from. Not sure itll work since its from the mobile app. Ill redo the link once I get to work in 2hrs...
Not the lightning guy but another guy who did the same mod on his 97, i think is what he said he had, said his temps went from 248 at his highest to 187. around town it was 170 to 130. Ill take a 40 degree drop any day. The 248 was when towing and ive never been over 205. I also dont tow anything though.

Are the radiators that come with the tow package an easy install if I want to add it?

I usually run 165-170 with 33" all terrians, in 90+ degree florida weather, but I have the cooler. I've seen 195-198 pulling a 22foot enclosed trailer loaded with camping equipment and 2 full size 4 wheelers at 70mph

Heres the link I found on F150online that I tried posting earlier. I really want to try to add this Superduty cooler but I dont think I even have a tranny cooler so I am not sure how the install will go. Also I dont where to get the hoses/connections.

I want to do this right here:

Yes there is. The reason why the oem system runs through the rad is to hear the oil in colder climates and make it more liquified. In the summer you want to run it around 160-190. I added a second 10x20 cooler on mine because I tow with mine in the Bc Canadian mountains

I can't comment on replacing our factory units with a SuperDuty unit but running the transmission too cold probably will lower fuel economy. The fluid would be sluggish to move through the valve body and the shifting would take longer.
