those values seem insane.
When I was looking for a truck in '09 I saw a few '04 FX4 supercabs with 75k for $12k at dealers.
I bought my '06 XLT in 2/09 for $14,700.

well the dealership (auction direct) offered 8000 for my truck...they put it on a life, inspected it and test drove it lol so when he handed me the written offer i stood up and left, theres no way my truck is worth 8 grand, KBB private party sale says 17,500 and trade in 14,500...to make a long story short am i hurting the vehicle by driving it with these issues (spark plugs, coil pack, dirty TB, bad speed sensor) or can i buy some time and keep driving it?
I cant say anything you listed is horribly bad, but they are all things that you can fix, with the right tools, TSBs, and a Haynes manual.

Like the other guy said pull the neg cable for about 30 to 45 seconds to clear it. O and by the way I have traded one or two in with the check engine light suppose to be on just cleared it with neg cable.
