Tps?

Im not sure if this is right, when im not touching the gas my tps is at 13% and full throtle is at 76% r these values good or is there something wrong?

The throttle is electronic controlled in these trucks, there's a thread somewhere on how to do it, I just can't remember. Its a simple fix
