TPMS Question
Is there anything other than the re-learn process that needs to be done when new TPMS sensors are being used? For example, resetting the computer or de-activating the original ones. I have 4 new sensors
(Orange electronic) installed in my new wheels and the Ford dealer says they won't program/learn. I did drive the truck for a few days and I have read that driving for an extended period of time with the TPMS alarm active could "latch" the alarm in the computer requiring a reset. I'm surprised at how little the dealer actually knows about this system. Any insight would be helpful. I'm concerned the company I purchased this tire/wheel package from installed the wrong sensors.

Correct frequency?
I'm in a similar state with '06 Expedition wheels on my '07 F150. Today dealer tried and failed to get the computer to re-learn or whatever. I watched the tech go through the procedure. Service desk guy told me the TPMS light never came on so all was well. Well, TPMS light is still on.
Only useful thing I know is my original '07 sensors broadcast at radio freq. 315 MHz.
I can read that on the sensors. According to Rock Auto parts website, the Expedition sensors are on the same freq.
