Default Towing question....

I have a 2007 f150 screw 4x4 5.5' bed 5.4 v8. I have the tow package, not the max tow. 3.73 gears. I will
Be towing a 97 f150 scab stepside 4x4 on a 20' hauler. Should I have anything to worry about weight wise?

Thanks,
Matt

Should be fine. Just take overdrive off and make sure you start braking earlier than usual

Thanks for the info! I figured it would be fine. I have a tbc and the trailer has elec. Brakes. I've towed plenty before, but it was always in a 89 f250 460 with 4.10 gears. Just curious on my 07 f150

Anything below 7500 loaded is usually fine for these trucks. Anything above and you kind of need some serious thought.
