Default Towing question

I know the f150 are usually NOT rated to tow fifth wheel trailers but i came across this interesting ultra light fifth wheel trailer (Koala 27 CDS). The overall weight of the trailer is about 4900 empty. I have moved heavier trailers (car trailer with a jeep is about 5300 lbs) My main concern is the hitch weight of 950 lbs. Is this pushing the rear end weight cap or near the capacity. It's only my gf and I that will be traveling with the trailer along with one dog. Passenger weight isnt an issue at this point

ive seen quite a few 150s here equipped with 5th wheel hitches in their beds , even sliding ones for the short beds on the super crews
only thing id be worried about is the dog, he might be the deciding factor in weather or not its do-able, might have to ditch the dog
