Ssgt b that is a sweet truck by the way , i know that would get me killed , but u cant take it back now it was in a different state good thinking.

Well that blow was softened and is a mute point now, FML my truck was broken into last night and all my audio was stolen, travel stash cash stolen, dash torn apart, door lock punched in and I don't know yet if the door will need repair. Crap I hate traveling

To the O.P., I think you're going about this all wrong. You need to explain to her that there a lot of deer on the roads in Texas, and this was an INVESTMENT in protecting the truck from major damage in the event of a deer strike.

Aw crap, I just saw your theft damage. I am truly sorry for you. Wouldn't it be nice to find the bastards at the end of a dark alley? You could try out that new crash bar up front. If anybody asks, you hit a deer.....

I have been burglarized at my home it really shakes you up . I rarely go to a motel now that I don't have my 9mm in a carry bag everytime I goto the car and I check it often .
You must have had something mounted to your tray in dash .

"redfishtd" we need to have a forum for guns i love guns im sure alot of guys are on here that love them after all its an f150 site doesn't that go along with country music,confederate flags, john deer tractors, and bassmaster magazine lol . i just picked up the new gen glock 40 caliber its sweet. anyways i appreciate your input on the other post f150 xl 4.2 engine problem im just a smartaxx sorry i cant help it.

The sucky thing is, some thieves are just opportunistic *******s, some make a living from it. You found the one that makes a living from it and knows how easy it is to steal radios from our trucks.

They see touchscreen radio that isn't stock and go "I bet they have other good stuff in there"

Well these guys were something else I tell ya. They took the time to take the screws out of the speaker box, even was nice enough to leave them for me. Took all my change, but left me .25 cents for a phone call...lol So far I'm at 2300 in replacement and repairs....and the list keeps going
