That 325/65 is a 35, right? I should've researched before I gave the answer. With that said, you can fit a 35 with a 2.5 level and stock rims. What's the offset of the set up you're going to run? 18x10 is a pretty wide rim. Offset would have to be ridiculously positive. Our stock rims sit at a +44 offset.

Ok, so not interested in trying to make 35's work.
Will a 33x12.5x18 work on an 18x10 +10 (no idea about backspacing will measure) wheel? I can make that tire size work with a leveling kit without much hassle. I assume it will because the tire is 12.5" wide so it should be no issue.

Might be in the same boat here. I just bought a set of MM 970's 18x10 on a set of Toyo open AT II 325/60/18. If I level out am I still Rubbing? I was reading what was out there and it sounds like it. True or false?
