hey guys i am new to the forum. i have a 05 f150 supercrew fx4. my question to you is what is the bigest tire i can put on my truck, i have factory 18's....

 

285-65-18=32.5" this should fit. a tire around 33" is what you need.

 

Put a 2" or 2.5" leveling kit on there and you can fit 35's. Otherwise without the leveling kit you can fit 33's.

Search Ebay for "Autospring". They had good kits and are one of the cheapest too.

 

There are several leveling kits out there, but Autospring is generally what most use on their trucks. You can do the install yourself if you're mechanically inclined, if not any shop can do it for you. The truck has to be aligned after install so I took mine to a shop and had them do everything for me. I paid $185 for install and alignment if my memory's still with me.
