Tire size help!

Got it narrowed down to the Toyo open country AT2. Just not sure i=on size. Either 285/70/17 or 285/75/17. Any suggestions? I have a level kit by the way.

I am running Toyo OC 275/70 18 which are pretty close in height to the 285/70 17
with no lift of any kind. Its only an inch difference in diameter
