Default Tire size help for 20" wheels.

Just bought some 20" wheel for my 2wd XLT. I am trying to understand how the tire size work. i know the standard size for this wheel is 275/55 R20, and is basically the same height as the stock tires. I want it to be a couple of inches, 1 to 3 inches. also i plan to lift the truck, but not at this moment. Based on the tire size threat, the biggest size tire on the truck with no lift is 33x12.50 R20. any information on this or suggestions on size will be great.

33x12.50 is for leveled 2wd, not stock. Stock 2wd max is 31x12.50.

A 275/55R20 is about 31.9x10.8

I have a stock 2wd 08 screw and I put 20s with 275/65s and I love the way it looks. I believe they measure out to be right around 33ins. No rubbing problems except on full turn.
