Default Tire question

My apologies if this has been covered, i did read the tire thread sticky and did not see my specific query
I currently have a set of Toyo Open Country 35"/12.5/18 tires....and i have a couple questions....
1. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if i have a leveling kit or not? I have rubbing with hard turning, and from what i have read the size should be ok without rubbing (unless i am wrong, which i probably am haha)

2. Is anyone running 255/70/18's or a more low profile tire, that still looks beefy?
Looking for new tire options...here is some pics of my truck

This is my first truck, so excuse my newbness.....no real mods yet as this

is my main money pit
Thanks everyone, and HELLO!

12.50s normally rub the control arm on stock rims with or without a level.

Snap a couple suspension shots so we can tell if it's leveled.

Measure the distance from the top of the tire to the bottom of the fender wheel. If they both match then your truck is leveled.
