Tire question
Tire brand does matter, as same size tires from different brands have different actual sizes, which poses a problem for AWD vehicles.
However, the F150 being part-time 4WD and not the full-time AWD as we commonly refer to such vehicles as, it won't make an issue, as 4WD should only be engaged when the road surface is sufficient enough to cause tire slippage.
The bigger question is why 2 of your tires have worn out prematurely? Proper tire rotation ensures maximum tire life; in over a million miles of driving, I've only had to replace 2 tires once, on my 442 in HS after roasting the tires off the wheels.
