Default Tire Pressure Sensor....

I have looked and cant find an answer...... My 08 has the 20" rims and Ive found a set of 2012 FX4 wheels/tires(20") that I want.... What will I have to do for my truck to pickup the different Pressure Sensors???

You can either swap the sensors from your old wheels to the new wheels, which will require a new set of bands...the old bands have to be cut to remove...(thank you Ford) or you can order new bands, cradles and sensors for the new wheels...the sensors in the 2012 FX4 wheels will not work with our year receiver. I would go with the swap...much cheaper option...a good tire shop will do this for you.

07/08 have band type sensors and 9-13 have valve stem type...federal mandate for all cars and truck started in 2008.
