hello everyone. im looking at getting 315-70-17 kelly safari tsr to replace my worn out cooper stt that are a 285-70-17.i have a 2.5 level kit with stock rims. will these fit with only minor triming. oh almost forgot it is a 4x4. thanks in advance if anyone has pictures of this size would be great.

 

anyone.... im ready to order i get a great deal on these 315-70-17 but im concerned of rubbing issues. there has to be some one on here running this size.. thank u in advance

 

what do you plan on doing with the truck, DD? wheel it?

 

Try the "sticky" called "Tire and wheel fitment guide 04-08) at the top of this forum....it has some great info for tire and wheel fitment for the 04 - 08 models.

 

They are gonna rub...

 

its mostly daily driven but does see some off roading when fishing and hunting but nothing extream.. how bad will they rub. i did check out the fitment guide at the top it says a 35-12.5-17 will fit and correct me if im wrong isnt a 315 12.4 wide. im just looking for how bad or if it will hit on the upper control arm

 

it will be a street queen with that big of a tire, go with 305's, 305/70/17. theyre 33's and will fill the wheel well nicely and your truck can still function as a truck and shouldnt rub at all.
