Default tire choosing help

i am now looking into getting new rims and tires for my truck and also getting a six inch suspension lift. i want to get 35s put on but a friend told me that starting at 35 and going up, your gas mileage will start to decrease noticeably. is this true?

There are plenty of guys on here that have re-geared in order to gain back what was lost after lifts and bigger tires.

This link was poted up on here somewhere. Might help you with the gear info.

Edit: The OP was MHC-150. Borrowed your link brother.
